Engineering Finance SETC Analyst - SRS
What You Will Do
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for Surface Radars and Sensors Center.
Deliver insightful financial analysis and variance reports to Surface Radar and Sensors Center Lead to aid in strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with Center Lead, Department Lead, and Section Leads to align financial goals with business objectives.
Monitor OH Spending and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
Ensure compliance with RTX financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including preparation of presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and leverage digital tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
Prepare labor transfers and IOTs as required.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry or a large multinational corporation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Prominent ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
- The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
