Responsibilities
- Create and maintain accurate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed part drawings in SolidWorks.
- Develop and update engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, and revision records.
- Assist with product development, design improvements, and engineering change initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional team members to support new product and product enhancement projects.
- Ensure design files and documentation are accurate, organized, and compliant with company standards.
- Support project timelines by managing multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, including 3D modeling and technical drawing creation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous coursework or project experience in product design or manufacturing is preferred.
Schedule
This is a part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week.
Location
This position is onsite based in Norcross, GA or Dallas, TX.
