Engineering Assistant Intern - New Orleans

Responsibilities

• Assisting staff engineers
• Working in the soils laboratory
• Possible fieldwork opportunities including logging on the drill crew, pile driving monitoring, and load testing

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a recognized civil engineering program working on a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with emphasis on Geotechnical Engineering
• Energetic individual with strong abilities in mathematics, sciences, computers and appropriate software, and data and file organization
• Competency with Microsoft Word and Excel required
