Engineering Admin
What You Will Do
- Enters all off standard work that is approved by Supervisors
- Maintains, monitors, and cleans the Labor Management System (LMS) file import directory on Windows OS daily
- Completes futures investigation, research, and resolution including relatively complex processes for some types of futures
- Reconciles Kronos vs. DLx, requiring matching hours to within less than 1%
- Works the corrections log as time permits; this includes manually modifying and repassing LMS files, Team Labor Setup (TLS) files, manually building teams, and addressing any other issues requested by supervisors or managers
- Helps maintain WFM schedule operations to ensure associates get proper WFM breaks, ISTARTS, and ISTOPs
- Checks for active WFM records and proper ISTART/ISTOP files dropping for each shift daily
- Generates daily and weekly reporting using both Access and WFM
- Executes and posts approved production reports
- Collaborates with the Engineering staff or Operation Supervisors to identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems
- Performs other duties as directed by Engineers
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access, or Lowe’s DMS system
