Primary Purpose
The Halmos College of Arts and Sciences and Guy Harvey Oceanographic Research Center (HCAS) of Nova Southeastern University (NSU) is seeking adjunct faculty to teach for NSU.

Essential Job Functions
- Congduct the assigned courses in a professional manner and being on time.
- Communicate with students and supervisor in a professional and timely manner.
- Report all grades, progress reports, etc. in a timely manner and in the format required by the university.
- Communicate with students the outcomes of their assessments and final grades.
- Provide copies of student work and grades to the supervisor when requested.
- Complete syllabi before required deadlines.

Job Requirements
- Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced engineering degree (master's degree or beyond) or possesses an advanced degree (master's degree or beyond) in any field with at least 18 credit hours of SACS approved coursework in engineering at the graduate level.
- Ability to use a computer and check email and answer an email from a student or from the supervisor within 48 hours.
