Engineer V-Day-HVAC-Eldorado

Responsibilities

• Implement routine maintenance and urgent repair works in accordance with sound engineering practices and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Closely monitor the effects of servicing and maintenance on their condition wherever possible.
• Ensure that all records of maintenance and testing are kept.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience as a general building repair technician, preferably involved in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge in HVAC, Refrigeration, and EPA licensed.
• Experience in Engineering or Facilities in relation to general building maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

• 90% mobility to include frequent standing, bending, reaching, climbing using ladders and stairs.
• Operating equipment such as scissor lifts, forklift, pallet jack.
• Transporting, pushing, pulling, lifting and maneuvering large loads weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Using hand and power tools.
• Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Normal sense of smell, touch, and sound.
• Normal vision range and the ability to distinguish letters and symbols.
• Communicating by telephone, beeper, and radio.
