Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and certification of cabin systems such as Cabin Management System, Lighting, and In-Flight Entertainment for aircraft.
- Manage end-to-end projects from requirements to entry into service, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, and ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Set technical direction, act as liaison for system integration, and oversee system testing, qualification, and documentation.
- Conduct research on industry advancements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cabin systems and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- At least 8 years of experience in aircraft cabin systems development and leadership.
- Proficiency with design tools (CATIA V5, PLM software, Adobe Suite, UX/UI tools), and experience with hardware/software development for cabin systems.
- Strong communication, teamwork, project management skills, and ability to interpret technical drawings and standards.
