Engineer Sr-HAC

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end development, from requirements to production, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• System Integration: Define technical direction, act as liaison between electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure smooth integration.
• Testing & Communication: Develop test plans, oversee qualification processes, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Research & Development: Stay updated on industry advancements and competitor data related to cabin systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Civil Engineering; Master's preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in aircraft cabin systems development and leadership.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5, PLM tools, Adobe Suite, Figma, and UX/UI design tools.
• Experience with software/hardware development for lighting, CMS, audio, and connectivity systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills, with ability to interpret engineering drawings and standards.

Key Decision-Making

Define system requirements, assess readiness for production, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Working Conditions

May involve exposure to noise, heat, cold, dust, odors, and physical activity such as lifting up to 50 lbs. Must follow safety protocols and communicate effectively in a professional environment.
