Engineer Senior - Manufacturing - UX/Human Factors
Immediate Focus
- Work with technicians, planners, operations specialists and manufacturing engineers to assess, plan for and improve production execution work instructions, systems usage and local work environment.
Mid-to-Long-term Focus
- Design and develop the approach to incorporate human centered design principles and tools into future production planning processes and sustaining execution.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field is required plus 4 or more years related experience.
- Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- 4 years of demonstrated work experience in Human Factors, Industrial Engineering, Cognitive Science, Human Systems Integration, or a related field.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Degree in Human Factors, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Design or Industrial Engineering is preferred.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914
