About the role
The Reliability Engineer will be responsible for:
- Project management of strategic reliability projects.
- Define semiconductor components and/or modules/systems level reliability evaluation and/or qualification plans.
- Execute reliability evaluation and/or qualification plan, which will include conducting reliability stress tests, analyzing reliability data, presenting data results to management, and writing up technical reports.
- Participate in Design Of Experiments, troubleshooting, and drive for solutions for reliability test failures.
- Interface with Design, Test, Fab, Assembly/Packaging, assembly vendors, customers.
- Conduct special reliability studies to obtain new technology reliability information.

Requirements
- Understanding of semiconductor physics.
- Strong knowledge of statistical models and data analysis.
- Strong ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize numerous competing demands, and problem solve decisively.
- Critical thinking and reaction to a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with database programming and displaying data to a graphical user interface.
- Knowledge of system-level reliability (plus).
Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum Qualifications: See above.
Skills
- Understanding of semiconductor physics.
- Strong knowledge of statistical models and data analysis.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Pay
The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $86,480 to $118,910. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
Schedule
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
