About the Role

Performs regulatory, licensing, and technical problem-solving while providing analysis and insights in support of department, nuclear plant, and fleet regulatory activities. Provides support for regulatory and technical decisions and licensing material development. Possesses knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application, along with detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes, regulations, and Constellation licensing and regulatory processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assure all regulatory products prepared are in accordance with applicable procedures, licensing basis, industry codes, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of effective processes and techniques at appropriate levels of detail and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Recommend format and methodology improvements to standard processes and procedures.
  • Perform regulatory and technical tasks as assigned by supervision.
  • Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call-outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
  • Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Engineer in Training Certification.
  • Previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license/certification.
  • Advanced technical degree or related.

Pay

Expected salary range of $95,400 to $106,000, varying based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
