About the role
The Opus Westchester, Autograph Collection seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department. This includes maintaining the hotel's building systems, equipment, and guest areas to the highest standards, managing preventive maintenance programs, overseeing capital projects and repairs, ensuring life safety compliance, and supporting all departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Engineering department
- Maintain preventive maintenance programs

- Support all departments by maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-maintained property for guests and associates

Requirements
- 5+ years in hotel engineering or commercial facilities maintenance
- 2+ years managing a team
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs, life safety systems, vendor oversight, and capital planning
