Engineering Manager

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Agile initiatives and oversee our software testing strategy. This role requires a strong background in software project management and development, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Requirements

• A formal degree in Computer Science, Software Design, or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in software project management and leading development teams
• A Scrum Master certification or PMP certification
• 1+ years of QA management experience
• Passion for software development
• Familiarity with basic IT infrastructure concepts

Position Preferences

• Experience coding in C, C++, Python, Java (JDBC), and/or PHP
• Experience with IoT and IIoT
• Experience with FairCom DB, RTG, EDGE, IoT/IIoT, or competitors like Litmus, Ignition, Influx, EnterpriseDB, MariaDB, etc.
