SABG is a fast-growing, privately held, small business, government contracting company. We are both woman-owned small business and a service-disabled veteran-owned small business providing superior technical support services to government and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Execute exercise and wargame events to include experiments, demonstrations, and/or tabletop event planning.
- Participate in meetings and provide written feedback (agendas, minutes, summaries, or action items) to facilitate and coordinate wargames and exercises training efforts.
- Assist with developing and coordinating reports, assessments, reviews, white papers, briefings, support agreements, event calendars, and responses to internal and external Agency taskings associated with missions in this task.
- Cover planning activities in support of exercises and wargames, to include attending planning conferences (MPCs and FPCs, or as directed).
- Support the development of key deliverables and verification of entry and exit criteria for JELC events; develop applicable documentation.
- Aid in the setup of facilities and coordination of resources needed to support wargame and exercise execution, including simulation labs, control rooms, communications infrastructure, etc.
- Support testing phases for exercises and wargames, including but not limited: System Verification Test, Event Verification Test, Event Functional Test, Event Operational Test.
Requirements
- BS in an engineering field or STEM field; 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience requirements Apply Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and system engineering concepts to maximize the use of M&S to support wargames and exercise objectives.
- Experience executing wargames and exercises, developing exercise architectures, verifying operational connections for exercise components.
- Knowledge of MDS, components, and system-level topics.
- Capable of establishing and optimizing priorities and managing planning and readiness activities of MDS test events IAW approved wargames and exercises issuances (e.g., CONOPS).
- Understanding of scenario development, threat execution, WG&E design, development and execution during all phases of JELC.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security +, CISSP, Professional Engineer (PE), may be considered in lieu of experience.
- Experience in lieu of the above requirements will be considered.
- Computer Skills Experience operating MDA modeling and simulation software or similar.
- Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Linux experience desired.
- Network experience desired.

Pay
Salary range is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
