Engineer in Training – Traffic Engineering

About the role

J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. is seeking an Engineer in Training specializing in Traffic Engineering. The position reports to the Technical Resources Lead within the Transportation Services Group (TSG).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the growth and development of the technical traffic practice companywide.
• Prepare traffic deliverables for local, state, private, and federally funded projects.
• Develop expertise and the ability to work on:
• Travel Demand Modeling
• Signalization and Corridor Timing
• Transportation Master Plans
• Traffic Impact Studies
• Maintenance of Traffic (MOT)
• Illumination
• Signed and Striped
• Traffic Safety Analysis
• Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification.
• 0-4 years of progressive traffic engineering experience.
• A desire to learn, grow, and develop into a key role of an awesome team.
