Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation of scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage and mentor the project team.
- Lead on the preparation of plans, reports, and submittals.
- Maintain quality control on all project deliverables.
- Provide and teach engineering best practices to younger staff.
- Participate in networking events to represent the firm and assist in developing new business.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience working on land development projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office 365, including familiarity with Teams.
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with team and clients.
- Strong land development, grading, and drainage technical skills and understanding.
- Detail-oriented, professional attitude, team player, and self-starter.
- Proven track record of successful design execution, task management, and permitting.
- Able to work independently/remotely while still meeting schedule and budget.
- Able to work outside of normal business hours, if required.
