Responsibilities

  • Aid in the preparation of scope, schedules, and budgets.
  • Manage and mentor the project team.
  • Lead on the preparation of plans, reports, and submittals.
  • Maintain quality control on all project deliverables.
  • Provide and teach engineering best practices to younger staff.
  • Participate in networking events to represent the firm and assist in developing new business.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience working on land development projects.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office 365, including familiarity with Teams.
  • Ability to interact and effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with team and clients.
  • Strong land development, grading, and drainage technical skills and understanding.
  • Detail-oriented, professional attitude, team player, and self-starter.
  • Proven track record of successful design execution, task management, and permitting.
  • Able to work independently/remotely while still meeting schedule and budget.
  • Able to work outside of normal business hours, if required.
