Engineer III, Core Platforms and Networks

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering, implementation, and operation of technical systems with focus on reliability, security, and scalability.
• Analyze system reliability, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Develop automation of operational tasks, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management.
• Deliver incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Recommend improvements to infrastructure-as-code development and deployment.
• Manage monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Analyze implementation and maintenance of security best practices.
• Deliver collaboration with development, operations, and security teams.
• Develop cost management and optimization of resource utilization.
• Recommend improvements to documentation of infrastructure, processes, and operational procedures.
• Manage participation in on-call rotations for incident escalation and resolution.
• Analyze evaluation and implementation of new technologies and tools.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, as well as State, Federal, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure and networks or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and networks principles, tools, and industry standards.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP, or equivalent.
• Preferred Experience in the healthcare (medical or dental industry), retail, or other large enterprise organizations.
• Working knowledge of network, server, storage, and monitoring platforms.
• Experience developing and maintaining policies and documentation.
• Industry thought leadership in infrastructure and networks.

Compensation

$104,000.00 - $136,000.00 / Annually
