Engineer III, Core Platforms and Networks (1142708)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer III, Core Platforms & Networks to support and optimize enterprise network, infrastructure, and data center operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of critical IT systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain core network, server, storage, and infrastructure platforms.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement automation, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management solutions.
• Support incident response, operational monitoring, and on-call activities.
• Ensure security best practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to enhance infrastructure.
• Drive capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain technical documentation and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure, networking, or related IT fields.
• Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure technologies, and industry best practices.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare, retail, or large enterprise environments.
• Network, server, storage, monitoring, and observability platforms.
• IT documentation, policy development, and ITIL-based processes.

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Pay

$90,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually
