About the role

The Core HR Technology team at Edward Jones is seeking an experienced Engineer III to join our dynamic and innovative environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and support of critical applications and integrations that power Core HR business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and support software solutions that enable Core HR business processes.
  • Build and maintain integrations with Oracle Fusion HCM and other enterprise applications.
  • Create and optimize SQL queries and data solutions.
  • Support and maintain AutoSys job scheduling processes.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and production issues.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Contribute to the implementation of our new HCM platform and evolving technology architecture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 5+ years of Java development experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with AutoSys.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale HCM implementations or migrations.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and system integrations.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Knowledge of HR business processes and data management.

Pay

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
