Engineer III

The Job

As an Engineer III, you will be a part of the team responsible for ensuring facility systems and structures are maintained and in working order. We are looking for a new team member who will take ownership of the preventative maintenance program to protect our beautiful hotel.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years experience working with refrigeration system
• Experience in systems evacuation compressors, retrofit and a C.F.C certificate
• Capable of utilizing all tools and diagnostic procedures related to the repair process
• Must possess very good interpersonal and communication skills; will be interfacing with a high percentage of guests as well as other staff members
• The ability to listen, empathize, be helpful in all situations and make the most sound decisions toward the resolution of a potential problem. Must also possess strong human relations skills
