Engineer III

About the role

Engineer III role supporting and using Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune, with a medium level of knowledge and experience in Apple MacOS support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for mobile devices (iOS, Android) including smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications
• Monitor system performance, compliance and logging/monitoring
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve incidents based on log data
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint protection and policy enforcement
• Document incidents and problem resolutions carefully and accurately
• Apply change management concepts, tools and implementations

Skills

• Strong troubleshooting methodology skills
• Excellent documentation and writing skills
• Experience with ServiceNow
