Engineer II - Electrical Studies
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content.
We need to parse content.
First, we should not repeat job title as heading. The job title is Engineer II.
We need to include sections:
- About the role: maybe a brief description of the role. The posting includes "Your Next Opportunity The Engineer II is a mid-level engineering position responsible for providing technical engineering information and support to the senior engineers..." That's about the role. So we can put that in About the role
with
. - Responsibilities: list of duties under "What You’ll Do". That's a long list. Use
- .
- Requirements: maybe "What You Bring To Us" includes education/experience, LEED AP desired, etc. Also "What You’ll Need To Be Successful" includes competencies. Could split into Requirements and Qualifications and Skills. But we need to decide.
We have sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes "What You Bring To Us" (education/experience) and "What You’ll Need To Be Successful" (knowledge, proficiency, etc). Also "Competencies" list: Teamwork, Productivity, Strategic thinking.
We could map:
- Requirements: education/experience (Bachelor's degree, 2 years experience, EIT, LEED AP desired). Could also include "Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience".
- Qualifications: maybe the specific knowledge areas: "Requires working electrical engineering knowledge, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, energy conservation, and value engineering related to designing state-of-the-art constructible projects. Fully competent in the majority of Engineer I skills. High-rise residential, Commercial, and Data Center experience is a plus. Proficiency in Analytics programs for short circuit and over-current coordination and arc flash analysis programs. Fluency with the Codes. Working knowledge of the energy efficiency requirements. Proficient in Autodesk, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); illumination software". That's more like qualifications.
- Skills: maybe the soft skills: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary; Ability to work to meet deadlines and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude; Effective oral and written communication skills; Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player; Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others.
- Benefits: list under "YOU Matter – Our Benefits": ESOP, 401K, Annual bonus program, 17 PTO days per year plus 10 paid holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Term Life, AD&D Insurance, and Voluntary Life Insurance, Disability Income Protection Insurance, Pre-tax Flexible Spending Plans (Health and Dependent Care), Charitable Giving Match with our Rosendin Foundation.
- Pay: Pay Range $89,400.00-$117,300.00 Annual.
- Schedule: Travel Up to 25% (Does not include local field visits). Also Working Conditions maybe not schedule. But schedule section maybe includes travel? The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So schedule could include travel percentage. Also maybe working conditions not needed. We should not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes EEO statements repeated twice; we should remove them. Also "Rosendin Electric is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer." etc. Remove. Also remove "Your Next Opportunity" heading? Not needed as we have our own headings. But we need to preserve substantive information; we can incorporate that content into About the role. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Keep all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

We should also maybe include Working Conditions? Not required as schedule only. The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can include only those with content. We have all sections. Check for duplicated content: We removed EEO statements. Also removed "Rosendin is committed to creating a diverse environment..." etc. Also removed "Since our founding over 100+ years ago..." etc? That's part of About the role? Actually that is generic company info; we might keep it? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive? It's about Rosendin. Could be considered part of About the role? But we already have About the role focusing on the position. The company overview may be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO; it's about the company. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company overview is not those. Should we keep it? It might be considered part of "About the role" or maybe a separate section like "About Rosendin". But we only allowed headings from list. Could incorporate into About the role paragraph. However we already have a paragraph about the role; we could add company overview after that. But we must not invent headings. We could add anotherunder About the role containing company overview. That would preserve info. Let's add after the role description: "Since our founding over 100+ years ago, Rosendin has been driven to positively impact the communities where we live and work. We are an organization built on integrity and we have a culture that empowers people, embraces diversity, and inspires everyone to do their best. As one of the largest EMPLOYEE-OWNED electrical contractors in the United States, you will have the unique benefit of being a shareholder at a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and success. When our people succeed and fuel our success, we reward them. We'd love to have you as a shareholder!" That is substantive. Include in About the role
maybe two paragraphs. We must ensure not to repeat the EEO statements. We removed them. Now check for any other boilerplate: "Our success is rooted in our people..." etc near end
