Washington Part-time Applicants Only: Employees will accrue paid sick leave and be eligible to receive a minimum of 7 holidays annually." Pay: "$30.25-$30.25 per hour" Schedule: "Full Time" Location: maybe not needed as heading but could be in About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role (summary), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (maybe required qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe skill display?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. We can put the POSITION SUMMARY as About the role (maybe a paragraph). Then Responsibilities: list of duties (maybe bullet list). However the POSITION SUMMARY already includes many duties; we could split: About the role = brief overview; Responsibilities = detailed list. But we must not lose any detail. Could just put all duties under Responsibilities as a
  • . And About the role could be a short paragraph describing the role (maybe from POSITION SUMMARY first sentence?). But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can't omit details. If we put all details in Responsibilities, we still preserve them. About the role could be a brief summary but we must not lose info; we can still include the same info in Responsibilities. That's okay as long as we don't omit any. However we risk duplication but that's allowed? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited but maybe not ideal. Better to split: About the role = short overview (maybe first two sentences). Responsibilities = the rest as list. But we need to ensure we don't lose any detail; we can keep all details in Responsibilities and also have About the role as a summary (which is a subset). That's still preserving all info (since details are present). It's okay. Let's extract About the role: maybe "Respond and attend to guest repair requests. Communicate with guests/customers to resolve maintenance issues with little to no supervision." That's from POSITION SUMMARY. Could be enough. Responsibilities: all other duties as bullet list. Requirements: Required Qualifications: Universal CFC Certification, Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/or licensing requirements. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background. Related Work Experience: Experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting. At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience. License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License. Skills: The posting mentions many skill categories: "Display proficiency in any one of the following categories, above average skills in two more of the following categories and basic skills in the remaining categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building management." Also "Display solid knowledge and skill in the safe use of hand and power tools and other materials required to perform repair and maintenance tasks." "Display basic ability to repair or replace PVC copper pipe (including soldering)." etc. Could be considered skills. We could put a Skills section listing those categories. Benefits: as described. Pay: $30.25 per hour. Schedule: Full Time. We should also include location maybe in About the role? Not required but could be included as a paragraph. However the instruction says use headings for those sections; location not a heading. Could fold location into About the role paragraph. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove all that. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
