Engineer II
What's the Job?
Set up, integrate, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems used for power electronics, energy storage, and control systems development.
Collaborate closely with controls, firmware, system, and hardware engineering teams to develop accurate HIL models.
Configure test environments, automate test execution, and support product verification activities throughout the development lifecycle.
Perform hands-on work with HIL platforms such as OPAL-RT, ensuring reliable hardware/software integration.
Validate and troubleshoot HIL systems to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in testing scenarios.
What's Needed?
- Hands-on experience with HIL platforms, particularly OPAL-RT or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of test automation and hardware/software integration processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Prominent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in technical environments.
- Relevant technical education or equivalent experience in engineering or related fields.
