Responsibilities
- Perform basic electrical installation and repair work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances
- Repairs lighting systems
- Inspects electrical systems for unsafe conditions
- Perform basic repairs of plumbing leaks or breaks
- Opens clogged lines and drains
- Replaces washers and other minor parts
- Maintains and monitors plumbing systems
- Apply and prepare various surfaces for paint, enamel, lacquer, varnish, or stain
- Repairs wall coverings
- Performs rough and finished carpentry work in construction and repair of structures such as partitions, walls, doors, fences, window frames, office furniture, roofs, and shelves
- Performs upholstery work as required
- Fabricates, repairs, and maintains mechanical devices, motors and pumps
- Keeps workshop orderly by cleaning tool boxes, putting away tools and parts, and straightening electrical storage area
- Installs and maintains all tile, marble floor materials, carpet, and carpet tiles
- Runs milling equipment, lathes and power tools
- Welds materials
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
- Must be able to obtain a valid EPA refrigerant handlers Card if required
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite
- Must be knowledgeable about building management systems
- Must be experienced in one or more of the following trades: plumbing, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and/or HVAC
