Engineer | Hershey Townplace Suites
Responsibilities
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
- Observes all house and safety rules, departmental procedures, and security procedures.
- Aid with inventories as scheduled.
- Follow maintenance program and cleaning schedule.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of two years of experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Experience with commercial refrigeration and knowledge of ice machines, industrial chiller systems, and air handling units.
- Basic working knowledge of general maintenance procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

The Engineer at Hershey TownePlace Suites will be responsible for upkeep, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of ice machines, refrigeration units, and air handling units, among other general maintenance tasks, in accordance with Shaner Hotels and franchise standards.
The ideal candidate should be customer service oriented and able to go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience.
