Engineer, Fire Protection

About the Role

Constellation Energy seeks a Fire Protection/Programs Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain fire protection programs across utility operations. You will perform fire hazard analyses, support NFPA and regulatory compliance, and integrate fire protection requirements into plant design and modifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections and testing of fire detection and suppression systems
• Maintain fire protection program documentation
• Support licensing, Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA), and risk-informed initiatives
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams
• Lead issue resolution and provide technical guidance to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant energy generation
