Location: West Jordan, UT (Hybrid)

About the role

Responsible for engineering and design support of all equipment for multiple project types. Supporting the equipment engineering team with equipment order logistics, creating material requests, and forecasting future needs based on project start dates. Ensure proper tracking of all components, monitor all equipment expenditures, prepare purchase orders, and ensure vendor payment. Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance. Strong project management and communication skills with the ability to work closely with team members.

Responsibilities

• Engineering and design support for all equipment across multiple project types
• Equipment order logistics and creation of material requests
• Forecast future equipment needs based on project start dates
• Proper tracking of all components and monitoring of equipment expenditures
• Preparation of purchase orders and ensuring vendor payment
• Equipment procurement and optimization
• Oversee equipment receipt and acceptance
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Collaboration with RF engineers, construction engineers, and project managers to align build schedules
• Order accuracy and quick resolution of delivery or equipment issues

Requirements

• Equipment procurement forecasting: skilled in projecting equipment needs based on project timelines
• Vendor & supply chain management: experience managing relationships with OEMs, distributors, and vendors
• BOM management: ability to review and maintain accurate BOM aligned with site designs and RF requirements
• Cross-functional collaboration: ability to work closely with RF engineers, construction engineers, and project managers
• Attention to detail & problem solving: sharp focus on order accuracy and resolving delivery or equipment issues quickly
