Location: Irving, TX
Pay rate: $40 - $48/hr on W2

About the Role

Manage construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous Network infrastructure projects. Provide financial management of projects from initial proposal/bid through receipt of final product or service. Daily activities include schedule and financial management as well as interfacing with vendors via calls and meetings.

Targeted years of experience: 3-5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities for Network infrastructure projects
• Manage project finances from proposal/bid to final delivery
• Maintain project schedules and financial tracking
• Interface with vendors through calls and meetings
• Review and evaluate construction drawings and post-construction close-out packages

Requirements

• BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics or three or more years of work experience related to Macro Cell site Build
• Experience in the wireless telecom industry, preferably Macro New Site Build or Modification Projects
• Wireless network (cell site) construction experience
• Strong technical aptitude with computers and project management tools
• Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills, project planning, and time management
• Proficiency with the full suite of Google Workspace, including data analytical features such as PivotTable and VLOOKUP
• Knowledgeable of industry and cell site construction standards/practices

Desired Skills

• Knowledge or familiarity with Samsung RAN equipment
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Telecom technologies
• Knowledge of RF, Transport, and Wireless Construction
• Ability to manage changing and competing priorities
• Knowledge of HUB, CRAN & DRAN architecture
• Engineering, Planning, and/or Operations knowledge of 5G Wireless Networks
• Power, Space, and Cooling knowledge
