About the role
Location: Glendale, WI 53209 (On‑site). Contract Skills: Digital : Microsoft Azure~EIS : MAXIMO Functional.
Responsibilities
- Execute enhancement activities for a high complexity Maximo Application Suite (MAS) solution with add‑ons.
- Apply a hands‑on approach with an agile mindset to drive design and implementation for epics in close collaboration with internal and third‑party stakeholders.
- Liaise with client and other teams for decision‑making.
- Review report compliance with delivery milestones and plan ahead for subsequent quarters.
- Provide status reporting to client and TCS management on project activities.
Requirements
- Maximo Implementation Upgrade Support experience 7.6 or higher.
- Experience implementing Maximo (7.6 or higher) end‑to‑end, preferably for a manufacturing customer.
- MAS 8.9 hands‑on experience and certification (preferable).
- Knowledge of the following Maximo add‑ons and related technologies:
- Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x or above
- MAS Health Monitor
- MAS Predict MRIO (preferable)
- Database DB2
- Hands‑on experience in Azure DevOps platform.
- Experience of end‑to‑end Maximo implementation for manufacturing customers.
- Experience conducting requirement, design and acceptance workshops for rail customers.
- Experience conducting training on Maximo for manufacturing customers.
- Knowledge of infrastructure planning (middleware, database, server, etc.).
Qualifications
- Maximo Support experience.
- MAS 9 knowledge (keyword: MAS 9, Maximo).
