Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of test automation frameworks
- Define and enforce automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects
- Collaborate closely with QA, Development, DevOps, and Product teams
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber)
- Review automation test scripts and ensure code quality, reusability, and maintainability
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to automation engineers
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive root cause analysis
- Own automation metrics, reporting, and test coverage improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Bachelor of Computer Science
