Engineer

About the role

Our client, a major U.S. airline, is looking for a full stack Engineer to join their Contact Center Technology team. It's a contract through the end of the year with an expected extension into next year, hybrid in Fort Worth, TX, onsite 3 days a week. This person will build and support the Java and Angular applications that the company's customer service and reservations agents use. They'll write, test, and ship code on both the backend and front end, maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, troubleshoot production issues, lead root cause analysis, and help coach junior engineers. We're looking for someone who is actively coding in both Java and Angular today and has hands-on experience building or maintaining GitHub Actions workflows, which is the key differentiator for this role. Experience limited to backend-only or front end-only work, or CI/CD experience limited to Jenkins or pipelines owned by a separate DevOps team, is not a fit. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.
