for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says use those examples but not limited? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings where appropriate. Core Values maybe not in list; but we could still include a section if content exists, but heading must be one of those examples? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings only. So we should include sections like About the role (Job Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Responsibilities), Requirements (Education & Experience), Qualifications (Qualifications List), Skills (Skills & Abilities), maybe Benefits/Pay/Schedule only if present. The posting does not mention Pay, Benefits, Schedule specifics. So we omit those sections.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include Job Summary text, Responsibilities bullet list, Education & Experience bullet list, Qualifications List bullet list, Skills & Abilities bullet list, maybe Physical Demands etc? Those are not in the example headings but could be considered Requirements? Might be too detailed. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Education & Experience and Qualifications into Requirements section? But they said use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. So we can have separate sections for each.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /. Use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information: Job Summary paragraph, Responsibilities (list), Education & Experience (list), Qualifications (list), Skills & Abilities (list). Also maybe Core Values & Guiding Principles? Not in headings list; but could be included as a section maybe "About the role"? But better to omit if not matching headings? The instruction: "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not include Core Values.
Also need to remove boilerplate like EEOC, Disclaimer, etc.
Let's extract content.
Job Summary: "This position is responsible for supporting in the research & development, characterization, and scale-up of materials and processes supporting new and existing products, with primary emphasis on extruded attenuation materials. That's the summary.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: There's a heading "Essential Duties and Responsibilities" then subheadings: Research & Development Support, Quality & Regulatory Requirements, Process Improvement Expectations, Additional responsibilities as assigned. Also bullet-like sentences.
We need to create a list (- ) of duties. We'll capture each duty sentence.

Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to convert product-performance requirements into measurable material attributes, process parameters, specifications, and verification methods.
- Ability to design experiments, analyze data, identify technically meaningful trends, and document conclusions in clear engineering reports.
- Ability to solve practical problems and work effectively through changing technical priorities and ambiguous development challenges.
- Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization, suppliers, laboratories, and other external technical contacts.
- Successful team player who demonstrates strong interpersonal, collaboration, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while seeking guidance and peer review when appropriate.
We also have Physical Demands etc but not required headings; we could omit as they are not in the list and might be considered boilerplate? They are substantive but not matching headings. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could we include a section "Requirements" that encompasses Education & Experience, Qualifications, Skills & Abilities? But they gave separate headings for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. So we should follow that.
Thus sections:

About the role

We must not repeat job title as heading. Already not.
We must not include Pay/Benefits/Schedule sections as not present.
Now ensure we preserve all substantive information: Did we miss any? The Core Values & Guiding Principles list is not included; but it's part of responsibilities (the last bullet). We included that bullet: "The Engineer is to demonstrate and actively support TIDI Products Core Values and Guiding Principles." That's enough.
We also need to include the note about onsite second shift with limited remote work (~10%) which is in Job Summary; we kept that.
Now format.
We'll output:
