  • Experience with industrial networking, including Ethernet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and similar communication protocols.
  • Ability to interpret and apply NEC codes, UL 508A standards, and general electrical design principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related hardware.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a focus on practical, field‑ready solutions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to move throughout production and office environments, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs during system evaluations or troubleshooting.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites within approximately an hour’s range, including working in environments with noise, heat, or uneven terrain.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with SCADA systems, including configuration, programming, and troubleshooting.
  • Background in electrical engineering or electrical design, including power and control circuits and control panel design.
  • Experience with controls engineering and industrial automation projects from design through commissioning.
