About the role
As our Engineer, you will work closely with our quality and production teams at our Surface Technologies facility, specializing in liquid coatings and shot peening. You will be providing production support by designing equipment and serving as a technical lead for production staff. This is a hands-on role with an opportunity to learn about all other sorts of engineering used in the peening and coatings processes.
Your challenge
- 3D Printing - Design and execution of equipment and tools
- Act as a technical lead for production staff
- Continuously improving the current production flow
- Learning engineering processes outside of traditional manufacturing engineering
What you bring
- Solidworks expertise
- Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- U.S. citizenship
Pay
$65,000 - $75,000
