The Impact You'll Make: help Danfoss shape the future of data-center liquid cooling by ensuring our quick-disconnects, hoses, and assemblies are qualified, specified, and deployed in hyperscale and multi-tenant environments. Your insights from customer programs will directly influence product strategy, engineering roadmaps, and new development priorities, strengthening Danfoss’ position as a trusted expert in fluid conveyance for next-generation thermal management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical expert on liquid-cooling components within data-center architecture—racks, manifolds, cold plates, CDUs.
- Lead engineering engagement with hyperscalers, integrators/OEM-ODMs, and CDU manufacturers, including weekly technical touchpoints and onsite support.
- Manage product-qualification activities: define timelines, drive feasibility and validation testing, coordinate with other engineering functions, operations, and maintain customer open-items trackers.
- Execute quotation and part-activation processes: coordinate with Sales, complete cost/lead-time work, assign CRNs, and ensure smooth product setup in Salesforce and SAP.
- Maintain technical documentation and revision control in Teamcenter, ensuring accuracy when sharing drawings and specifications.
- Deliver trainings, webinars, application notes, and customer-ready technical presentations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in applications, product, or field engineering, preferably within data centers, cooling systems, thermal management, or fluid conveyance.
- Ability to interpret customer specifications, engineering drawings, and system requirements—flow, pressure, materials, and connection types.
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills for technical presentations, training, and cross-functional work.
- Proficiency with engineering/PLM and commercial systems such as Teamcenter, SAP, and Salesforce is preferred.

Pay
Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000.
