ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently build and install QEC (Quick Engine Change) components on engines, requiring only final inspection sign-off.
- Assist in internal engine repairs, including module removal, installation, and disassembly under guidance.
- Follow AMM, ESM, and OEM documentation for all maintenance tasks.
- Accurately complete maintenance records and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Support training and guidance of junior technicians as needed.
