Engagement Manager, IT Strategy, Oracle ERP

Responsibilities

• Sustain and grow relationships with a defined portfolio of the company clients
• Advises clients on strategic and tactical business matters, focusing on technology’s role in achieving outcomes
• Collaborates with Expert Partners and Managing Partners to deliver optimal solutions to clients
• Led and inspires teams to leverage technology for enterprise success
• Adapt the company methodologies to address key client challenges
• Travel to client sites as necessary to ensure exceptional service delivery

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in complex ERP project management from inception to implementation
• Expertise in Oracle ERP systems and transformational initiatives
• Background in management consulting with a focus on project delivery and sales
• Prioritizes leadership skills with a history of building high-performing teams in technology-driven environments
• Experience with various IT solutions to support diverse business needs
• Strong motivational skills to guide professionals of varied technical backgrounds toward common business goals
• Intellectual curiosity with a knack for creative problem-solving within client contexts
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
