About the role
As an Engagement Manager, you will be key to creating an excellent end-to-end experience for Google’s top Ads clients, by being accountable for gTech service delivery, product aligned growth plans, and enabling Sales objectives. gTech Engagement Managers serve as a unified services partner who design and orchestrate gTech end-to-end services, and represent gTech Ads to sellers and client executives. gTech Ads is a team of thought leaders, addressing our clients’ complex business challenges, and program managers, designing plans and gathering resources to help accomplish our ambition for excellent end-to-end experience.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical and product advisor to Google’s top Ads clients' leadership, understand how technology and media solutions address their business challenges and architect account plans to deliver return-on-investment.
- Develop product-anchored client growth plans that promote product adoption in an AI-led ads ecosystem, navigating technical complexity and media commerciality while building trusted relationships.
- Design curated account and service plans (such as Platinum Services Plans) by aligning solutions and resources to client focus areas and scoping projects across technical, product integration, and media services.
- Orchestrate the delivery of services and solutions in collaboration with regional execution teams, manage client-facing engagements and proactively address customer escalations.
- Drive strategic planning and resource prioritization, conducting regular progress debriefs with clients and sales partners to gather business insights and optimize execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.
Preferred qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role with/without direct reports.
Pay
US: $140000 - $205000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
