About the role
As an Engagement Manager at Model ML, you will own the end-to-end customer journey for major financial institutions. You'll translate complex analytical challenges into automated AI workflows, drive product adoption, and build scalable playbooks. Responsibilities
- Translate manual financial processes like pitch decks and diligence reports into scalable Model ML workflows that produce client-ready work from trusted data.
- Manage the full trial-to-renewal lifecycle, ensuring high adoption through proactive communication, rigorous governance, and stakeholder alignment across the firm.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to transform client feedback into concrete product features and reusable internal playbooks.
Requirements
- Brings 5+ years of experience from private equity, investment banking, or Tier 1 consulting with a focus on high-stakes analytical work.
- Demonstrates technical fluency, with the ability to reason about data workflows and failure modes while remaining highly credible with engineering teams.
- Exhibits extreme ownership and the ability to scope ambiguous client requests into detailed delivery plans with clear owners and firm timelines.
