Engagement Manager, AI Practice

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for multiple enterprise customer engagements, maximizing value from deployment through the partnership lifecycle
• Partner with C-level executives to develop AI strategies and change management approaches
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent implementations within scope, timeline, and budget
• Ensure smooth delivery and adoption across large-scale deployments by managing timelines and risk
• Identify opportunities for customer retention and expand engagement to enhance relationships
• Mentor team members on implementation best practices and project planning
• Provide updates and resolve issues that may impact project scope or timelines during executive meetings

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise application implementation or strategy consulting and transformation initiatives for medium to large enterprises
• Proven ability to manage relationships with C-level executives and foster long-term partnerships
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering multiple implementations on time and within budget
• Experience in guiding AI and enterprise application deployments, focusing on configuration and user education
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences
