Engagement Manager, AI Solutions - Federal

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to shape AI/ML use cases
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI projects ensuring timely execution
• Manage comprehensive project plans to achieve successful delivery
• Identify expansion opportunities through adjacent use cases and datasets
• Interface between client C-suite, technical teams, and the company leadership
• Develop and refine best practices and delivery frameworks
• Work on complex National Security problems

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., management consulting, professional services delivery, or customer success)
• Strong project delivery and collaborative problem-solving experience within AI/ML initiatives
• Proven ability to design client-aligned solutions and identify growth opportunities
• Experience managing multiple customer projects while balancing resources and timelines
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, Master's in computer science/statistics)
• Active TS security clearance required
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on client needs
