Schedule

Full‑time, remote role with travel to Government or Contractor facilities in Pennsylvania and Maryland as required. The average workday is 8 hours, scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays. Core hours (9:00 am – 3:00 pm) must be covered.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Senior executive or senior management consulting experience
• Proven background in large‑scale transformation initiatives
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience presenting to and advising executive leadership

Specialized Experience:

• Executive Leadership & Strategic Thinking
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Program Governance & Facilitation
• Decision Support & Issue Framing
• Executive Communication & Presentation
• Documentation & Quality Assurance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Public‑sector or municipal consulting experience
• Experience guiding governance design or organizational change initiatives
