Engagement Ground Support - Indianapolis - Contract

We have a strong partnership with Indianapolis Public Schools and are seeking a Ground Support Contractor to join us on-site across schools in IPS.

Key Responsibilities

• Support students in logging into Tutored by Teachers
• Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during platform setup or use
• Provide on-the-ground support to students and teachers to ensure smooth implementation of the program
• Collaborate with school staff to address any technology or classroom management issues
• Communicate regularly with Tutored by Teachers Engagement Managers to keep them updated on how the engagements are running
• Ensure that all classroom technology (e.g., laptops, tablets) is functional and ready for use

Requirements

• Former classroom teacher
• Strong technology skills and the ability to troubleshoot tech issues efficiently, especially with Chromebooks and iPads
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meets
• Dependable
• Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with students, school staff, and the TbT team
• Able to commit to on-site work at one or more schools in Indianapolis during school hours
• Passionate about education

Benefits

Part-time, contractor role with hours depending on program needs. Position will start in late August and continue throughout the school year.
