Engagement Coordinator - West Point Societies & Parent Clubs

About the role

The West Point Association of Graduates (WPAOG) seeks an Engagement Coordinator to support West Point Societies and Parents Clubs. This part-time position provides administrative, operational, and constituent support to these groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, engagement, and technical support to over 130 West Point Societies and 64 Parents Clubs.
• Aid volunteer leaders in ensuring smooth coordination of programs, events, and communications.
• Support annual programs including the Distinguished Society Award, Distinguished Parents Club Award, National Volunteer Week, and the WPAOG Leaders Conference.
• Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Work independently and collaboratively, maintaining professionalism and customer service when engaging with alumni, parents, and volunteers.

Requirements

• Familiarity with database management (CRM), Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and web-based engagement platforms such as Sallyport (HiveBrite).
• A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in alumni relations and event coordination is helpful.
