Enforcement Agent - Mobile

About the role

Admiral Enforcement seeks to expand its team with friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individuals. The company focuses on developing a customer-focused culture through proven operating systems, specializing in privately owned parking lots and garages.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas on foot to identify vehicles lacking proper payment or authorization
• Enforce parking rules by issuing citations for violations
• Conduct lot audits and car counts at specified times and locations
• Record and input data collected for violations into the approved system
• Report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns immediately to management
• Manage time effectively and write clear reports
• Monitor equipment condition and inform management of malfunctions or repair needs
• Communicate professionally with customers, clients, and colleagues

Requirements

• At least 21 years old for insurance purposes
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience
• No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years
• No more than two minor violations in the past year (accident, speeding)
• No suspensions within the last 3 years
• Proficiency with computers and mobile applications
• Able to bend and lift up to 50 pounds during shifts
• Flexible availability for weekends and late evenings
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Regularly stand and walk for extended periods
