Role Overview

The Engineering Graduate will support the delivery of engineering and operational activities across EnerMech projects, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global oil & gas and industrial services environment. The role is designed to develop technical capability, commercial awareness, and field readiness through structured rotations and on-the-job learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline
• 0-2 years' experience (internships or placements advantageous)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments when required
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and industry standards

Development & Learning

Participate in a structured graduate development programme
Gain exposure across multiple service lines (e.g. cranes, lifting, hydraulics, or process services depending on business line)
Receive mentorship from experienced engineers and operational leaders
Build understanding of project lifecycle from bid through to execution and close-out
