About the role

The Energy Storage Project Manager will oversee a project, collaborating with various departments including engineering, scheduling, change management, budgeting, and documentation. This role is based full-time on-site in Santa Teresa, NM, with travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the project execution team to understand and lead scheduling, cost control, quantity tracking, procurement, client satisfaction, and daily jobsite needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring prompt notifications and preservation of rights.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting to management, focusing on cost forecasting and EAC estimation.
  • Prepare and present change orders to resolve issues promptly, and coordinate project update meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop scopes of work, hire third parties, and address logistical and supply chain challenges.
  • Manage documentation of significant project events and enforce safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and enforce SOLV Energy’s business processes and safety standards.
  • Set up networking services and enforce company values and culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in utility scale electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills, P6 scheduling experience preferred.
  • Proficient in office practices, procedures, and equipment.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

  • Leadership ability to manage diverse teams remotely.
  • Knowledgeable in electrical equipment and installation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay

$110,837 - $138,547 annually.
