Salary Description $100,000-$130,000 Annually (duplicate)
We need sections: About the role? The initial description could be "About the role". Then "Responsibilities" for What You'll Do. Then "Requirements" for required qualifications. Then "Preferred Qualifications" maybe as "Qualifications" or "Preferred Qualifications"? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "Requirements" for required, and maybe "Qualifications" for preferred? Or we could combine required and preferred under "Requirements" and "Qualifications". But we need to avoid thin sections. We have both required and preferred; we could have "Requirements" for required, and "Preferred Qualifications" as a subsection? But headings only allowed those listed; we could use "Qualifications" for preferred qualifications. Or we could have "Requirements" and then "Preferred Qualifications" as a
not in list? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those. So we can have "Requirements" for required, and maybe "Qualifications" for preferred. Or we could combine both under "Requirements" and not have a separate Qualifications section. But we have a lot of preferred qualifications; maybe better to have a "Qualifications" section for preferred.
We also have "Why Join Fisher" which could be "Benefits"? Actually benefits are separate. "Why Join Fisher" is more about culture, could be "Benefits"? But we have a separate Benefits section for compensation+benefits. The "Why Join Fisher" is more about culture and growth; could be considered "Benefits" but we already have a Benefits section for compensation+benefits. Could treat "Why Join Fisher" as a section like "About the company" but not in list. Might be better to incorporate into "Benefits" or maybe omit? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we need to decide if "Why Join Fisher" qualifies as a section. It has specific content about culture, growth, etc. Could be a section like "About the company" but not in list. However we could treat it as part of "Benefits" (non-monetary benefits). But the Benefits section already includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc. The "Why Join Fisher" is more about culture, could be considered "Benefits" but we might want a separate section like "Culture" but not in list. The instruction says we can use those example headings but not limited to them? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we could add a heading like "Why Join Fisher" as . That seems okay.
But we also have "Location Flexibility" which could be a section like "Location". Not in list but could be added. However we might incorporate location info into "About the role" or maybe a short paragraph. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we keep sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (preferred), Benefits (compensation+benefits), and maybe "Why Join Fisher" as part of Benefits or separate? Could combine "Why Join Fisher" with Benefits as they are both about what the company offers. But Benefits already includes compensation and benefits; "Why Join Fisher" is more about culture and growth. Could be a separate section "Culture" but not in list. Might be okay to add a heading "Why Join Fisher". Let's see if we can keep sections minimal: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, and maybe "Location Flexibility" as a short paragraph under About the role? Could incorporate location info there.
We also have Pay: Salary range $100k-130k. That's part of Benefits section (Compensation + Benefits). So we can include Pay within Benefits.
Schedule: Hybrid work schedule mentioned under Benefits. So we can include schedule there.
Thus we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits.
Now we need to format: Use for each section heading. Under each, use
for prose,
- for lists.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all bullet points from What You'll Do, Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Benefits list, etc.
We must remove boilerplate: Equal Employment Opportunity, No unsolicited agency submissions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like Salary Description repeated.
We need to keep location flexibility info? Might be considered substantive; we could incorporate into About the role as a paragraph.
Let's craft About the role paragraph: Combine the initial description plus location flexibility maybe.
