About the role
The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content such as posts, stories, and ads.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategy adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
