About the role

The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
  • Create and publish engaging content such as posts, stories, and ads.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, etc.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO and content optimization.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
